Working to make the future more positive for businesses and families, Malcolm Pritchard offers unequalled depth in estate planning and administration, and corporate law. For more than 35 years he has been helping clients plan for the continuation of a family business, and the transfer of wealth and property to the next generation while keeping families intact.

Malcolm understands the complex nature of estate planning, often involving family dynamics and competing interests. He is adept at devising solutions that balance the overlapping needs of family, business and employees. Promoting an interdisciplinary approach, Malcolm includes accountants and financial planners to offer their expertise. Malcolm’s goal is to guide decisions that benefit all of the stakeholders while securing the estate and the future.

Joining Pritchard & Company LLP as an associate in 1978, Malcolm became a partner in 1980. His preferred areas of practice are life planning (wills), estate administration, agri-business law and business law. He received his law degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
