Cathy helps people solve divorce and separation problems in a respectful way. Cathy helps people manage the emotional and financial costs of their family conflict while protecting their children and their assets. Separation and divorce is complicated. Cathy works with child specialists, accountants and financial planners to help people understand their problems, make informed decisions and create solutions that work.
Cathy’s preferred area of practice is Family Law – Divorce, Collaborative Divorce, Mediation and Adoption. Cathy was admitted to the Bar of the Law Society of Alberta in 1993. She was an articling student and associate with Niblock & Company from 1992 – 1994. Cathy joined Pritchard & Company LLP as an associate in 1994 and became a partner in 2008. Cathy regularly attends our satellite office in Brooks.
